CAPTURING THE ARAB SPIRIT
In a realm where art merges with the timeless echoes of the Arab world, my illustrations breathe life into the heritage and beauty of a vibrant culture. With each stroke, I capture the rich tapestry of this region through illustrations that echo its historical rhythms and transformations. Each piece is a dance of lines and hues, portraying the timeless beauty and profound narratives that weave through the Arab landscape. My drawings serve as portals to moments of cultural and architectural splendor, inviting you to experience the poetry of a land steeped in history and adorned with the grace of its heritage.
THE STORY BEHIND
Architect and Artist, shaped between the Middle East and the United Kingdom, grounded in a sustained engagement with the Arab world.
The work emerges from a persistent tension: a region defined externally by conflict and distortion, yet internally sustained by continuity, beauty, and lived culture. This practice rejects reduction and misrepresentation. It reconstructs presence.
Each piece is built through architectural discipline, line, proportion, geometry, combined with observational memory. Cities, structures, and everyday moments are isolated and redrawn with precision. The focus is not spectacle, but clarity: what exists, what endures, what is often overlooked.
The intention is controlled. To extract and fix moments of light, dignity, and cultural richness. To foreground harmony over rupture. To position the Arab world not as narrative, but as form, structure, and life.
The work does not document loss. It asserts continuity.
